SeaWorld Orlando Sleepovers

Group Registration Information

All Sleepovers begin at 7 p.m. and end at 9 a.m the next day. We suggest you make spring reservations at least three months in advance. All reservations are subject to availability. Save the assigned confirmation number to verify program reservations. Be sure to note class appropriate age levels.

Register your group by phone. Call (800) 406-2244 during the hours 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (EST) to speak with a reservationist (credit card registration only).

Group Leaders Will Recieve:
•	Interdisciplinary activity guide with pre- and post-activities for program
•	To complement your SeaWorld visit, a list of supporting Sunshine State and National Education Standards for language arts, math, social studies and science will be included with your confirmation packet
•	FCAT practice exercises
•	Classroom poster

Meal Options For Groups

A variety of meal options are available. Please ask your reservationist for price and menu details. Coolers are prohibited. Individual lunches packed in disposable boxes are allowed and may be stored in an air conditioned building near the Education Gate. SeaWorld is not responsible for any lost or stolen lunches or personal items stored in this building.

Chaperone Requirements
•	Students on a SeaWorld trip must be chaperoned at all times

*Preschool & Kindergarten*
•	Chaperone ratio is 1 chaperone:2 students (chaperone pays student rate)

*Grade 1+*
•	Required minimum chaperone ratio for field trips, courses and sleepovers is 1 chaperone:10 students
•	1 chaperone for every 10 students is admitted free
•	Additional chaperones/teachers admitted to courses and sleepovers at student rate up to 1:4 ratio (chaperone pays student rate)
•	Additional chaperones/teachers admitted to shows and self-guided programs at student rate up to 1:2 ratio

•	Purchase discounted admission to SeaWorld - 10% discount
•	Additional admissions must be included in final payment
•	Payment accepted: purchase order, check or credit card
